Kentucky Original Prize Tier Counts Corrected

Thank you to the user that noticed there was an issue with the Kentucky Games tier prize values. Our bad! We hate when the data makes no sense! ;-) Most of the Kentucky games have been corrected - there are a few stubborn ones that we are spanking right now and hope to have corrected soon. Thanks!
